American Idol Concert

My life is a rollercoaster.  Things seem to be really, really good, and then really, really bad.  I can’t win.  I’ll share my life with you starting on… Tuesday.  The AMERICAN IDOL CONCERT.

Earlier in the afternoon, I was near the Resch center at Best Buy getting a new digital camera, and when I was in the parking lot ready to go home, I saw the tour busses.  I was in heaven.  I flew into my mom’s van and drove off to follow them.  We were always separated by stoplights.  (They made it through the yellows, and I was stuck at reds.)  But it was awesome because I followed them to the Resch, and saw where they parked.

Then, I was driving over to Simon’s to pick him up to go to eat, and then to American Idol. Sounds good huh? Something happened which made me be a mess of emotions. I was very sad and depressed. Simon’s mom did a really good job cheering me up a little. That really surprises me, because I usually get more depressed and sad when people try to cheer me up. I won’t say anymore than what I told you. It’s rather embarrassing, so that’s why you won’t know anymore.

My mom comes over, and Simon drives me to my house, Simon’s dad drives the car I damaged, and my mom leads the way home.  Simon and I then go to McDonalds to have a tasty burger to eat.  Mmmm… Nothing can cheer you up like a cheep greasy cheeseburger.

We made our way to the Resch center then.  I was super excited.  I had money, I had my new digital camera, I had extra batteries, and I was about to see my love Anthony Fedorov.  How could my life be better?  … if you mention a car, I will seriously hurt you.

Simon and I are waiting for the concert to start, and we are watching the weird music videos and the Poptart Guy
   

 

Late, but finally the concert starts with the all too famous American Idol theme song deal.  It sounded so awesome with the really loud bass and drums and guitars, and oh gosh.  Let’s just note right now that the band was so awesome, and I enjoyed myself with that fact.

First up was Miss Jessica Sierra

    She was all so lovely, and she sounded better than what I remembered from the show.  Where did all of that come from?  Oh well.  I got one picture of her, and then my camera was displaying the low battery light, beep, thing, so I had to deal with the batteries.  So I switch the batteries, and I wasn’t going to take any more pictures of her.

Next up was Mr. Anwar Robinson.  Guys, my camera was still acting up, meaning I didn’t get any pictures of him.  How sad!  See how my life is once again rollercoasterish?  Yeah.  Simon volunteers to go see if you can buy batteries anywhere, while I try to enjoy Anwar’s performance.  He was so awesome, it was so easy to enjoy it, but I was so sad that I didn’t get any pictures of him, and I was worried that I wouldn’t get any more pictures of him.

Simon came back and he said that there were wasn’t a place to buy batteries, so I was at a loss.  Next up was <> 

Constantine Maroulis

  I got my camera working, but sometimes it didn’t work too well and it took a lot to get a picture.  So everytime I took a picture, I had to turn off the camera basically.  I did get a few pictures though.  Oh gosh.  He was so awesome at everything he did.  It makes me wonder why he only got as far as he did during American Idol.  It makes me believe that it was a fixed race all along, and that it was all planned out.  Oh well, what are you going to do?

 

Nikko Smith

  Nikkko was next, and he did lots of awesome dances.  He was also good at his songs as well.  I don’t remember him AT ALL from American Idol.  I don’t think I was watching then.  Who knows?  I don’t remember him, but I still enjoyed his performance.

Then it was time for Scott Savol.  Um… I really didn’t like Scott during the show, and this duet and this concert didn’t help that opinion that much.  He was better here than on the show.  No pictures here.  <>

  I really liked this…even though it was Scotty the Body singing the duet.  He did alright in my opinion.

Nadia Turner

And she did shine.  I really liked everything she did.  She is just too lovely.  I was really sad when she was eliminated.  She deserved longer.

Intermission.  Do do do.  It was nice.  I got four posters.  Anthony, Carrie, Constantine, and Bo.  It was all good.  Then Simon and I thought we heard a reminder for us to get back to our seats, so we rushed up to where our seats were, and we found out that we were mistaken.  So Simon went to go get something at the concession booth while I went down to our seats.  Simon got me a water.  He’s so thoughtful that way!

Anwar Robinson and Vonzell Solomon

I was super excited to see Anwar because I felt really bad about my camera not working, so I guess it worked out good.  Their part was awesome.  I got tired of Vonzell after a while, but then…it was time for

And this was the cute kid who was by us.  He looked bored a lot, but he was crazy when Constantine was on.  I took this during Vonzell.

MR. ANTHONY FEDOROV!

   omigosh.  I was so excited!  I was so like a 12 year old all over again!  I don’t think I was so excited for anything else before!  …  NOPE!  I wasn’t!  I took a lot of pictures of him, and Simon was making fun of me for that.  As he mentioned in his LJ, “My favorite part of the concert was Natalie. Haha not in a romantic way but because she was hardcore swooning over every guy that sung. Though mainly she swooned over Anthony Federov. She would take like 2 pictures of everyone but she took about 1,000,000 pictures of him. I made sure to taunt her for her girly-ness. She said that it was the first time she has felt 12 in forever.”

So you get the idea.  I loved how Anthony sang in Spanish, and how he wore a cheese head baseball cap.  That made my day.  Le sigh.

Well, after Mr. Fedorov was done singing, he announced that this is the time that he would normally introduce Bo.  He said that Bo had a special message for all of us, so they played video from a previous live concert.  I actually took pictures of <>

  that was on the jumbo screens.  The oictures don’t look too hott, but hey!  I take what they give me!  One is good enough for you folks.

    I have to say is, “Heck.  Yes.”  It was so awesome, and everyone in the audience was standing up, having an awesome time and even singing along.

While the guys were exiting, Scott chilled for a little longer to gave the intro for our Idol <> 

Miss Carrie Underwood

  The place went crazy like woah.  The ten year old kid sitting behind us exploded.  Not really, but he was so loud and screaming in Simon’s ear.  Poor Simon!  Carrie was alright, but I was expecting better.  I don’t know what I was looking for though.  Hmm…

  It was good.  Good times.  As you can see from the pictures, yes I’m from Green Bay.  Just in case you haven’t figured that out yet.  It’s a good song… Inside Your Heaven.

 It was also a good time.  ROCK in the USA was a good song.  Plus all of the other songs they sang, but I really can’t remember any of the other ones.  Also, Jessica Sierra can throw a good cheese head.  She threw it very far.  I was very impressed.

After the show, I went back and bought a tour shirt, and four buttons.  Anthony, Carrie, Bo, and Anwar.  Why I forgot Constantine is beyond me.  Free poptarts.  They were good, but I got sick of them really fast because they weren’t toasted, and that was bothering me.  I don’t like plain poptarts too much.  I also got free Swedish Fish.  How awesome.

Simon and I tried to catch the idols by the busses because we didn’t want to deal with the traffic, and we thought we would be cool and awesome.  I got a picture of the

as it was leaving.  We saw no Idols, but we didn’t stick around for the whole thing because it was getting late, and Simon needed to be home, or something.  I can’t remember what all the reasons were, but it was a huge mess of reasons.

I hope all of the coding is all right.  I had to go fast towards the end, so I hope everything is alright.  My parents are calling me to eat, so I'm going to go.  A post not realated to American Idol is coming soon, so hold on tight!

The posters were awesome, but they got really annoying really quick. As you can see in most of my pictures, they are always up. They always held them up, and it was really hard to see and take pictures a lot.

Cool pics! I miss hearing Anthony. I am so in love with him. I thought he was wearing a hard hat in the first picture. Why was he wearing a cheese hat? And forgive my ignorance, but what is a Swedish Fish???

Alright to answer your questions, the local football team (the Packers) are often supported by wearing cheese heads, (which are shaped in a triangle wedge of yellow foam to look like chease. When flipped over, they can also hold your snacks from concessions and three drinks....) so the company who makes them also thoght it would be a good idea to make other cheese realated head gear, so they made hats like the one Anthony wore, and the cowboy hats like the one Carrie wore.

And Sweedish Fish? They are yummy gummy candy shaped like fish. They were advertising the new kind of Sweedish fish that are shaped like ocean fish.... like dolphins. I really like them, so I was super excited when they were giving them away at the end of the concert.

I'm super glad you like my pictures! Makes me happy that I didn't waste my time putting them up here.
